  • Stay home if you have a fever, cough, the sniffles or are otherwise ill.

  • Try to use the restroom before coming to the studio.

  • Be changed and ready to go before coming to the studio.

  • Wash hands at our sanitizing station before entering the studio lobby.

  • The studio will be open 15 minutes before the start of class.

  • If you arrive early, please wait in your car.

  • Classes will begin and end promptly on time.  Once class has begun, you will not be allowed to enter the yoga room.

  • We have a strict cancellation fee due to limited space.  You must cancel your class reservation at minimum 3 hours prior to class so someone on the waitlist can get in.  If you do not cancel within 3 hours or arrive late after class has begun, we will charge a $15 no show fee.

  • Spots will be marked and numbered.  You will be assigned a number based on our roster.  No need to arrive early to “claim spots.”  We will be practicing Aparigraha (non-attachment).

  • You’ll be assigned a cubby based on your assigned spot with distancing measures in place.

  • Bring a yoga mat and/or props with you.
