Welcome to the mix
Step inside and feel it — that sense of ease, of being exactly where you're meant to be. At Yoga Mix, we’ve been a cozy corner of the Jacksonville Beaches community for 13 years, offering movement, music, and meaning in a space that feels like home.
We keep things simple: no mirrors, no pressure, no judgment. Just soft lighting, good beats, and a whole lot of heart. Whether you're brand new to yoga or deepening your practice, there's space here for you to show up exactly as you are.
Our Neptune Beach studio is just three blocks from the ocean, tucked under the palms and surrounded by sea breeze. Inside, you’ll find two welcoming rooms — one heated, one not — with a full mix of classes: Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Slow Flow, Restorative, Yin, Shred 60, and more. Come to sweat, stretch, breathe, restore… or just reconnect.
My name is Alex, and it’s an honor to carry forward the legacy of this beautiful studio — a space I fell in love with long before I stepped into ownership. Yoga Mix has always been about real people, real bodies, and real connection. That’s the heart of the Mix, and you’re always welcome here.
Why I Chose to Take on Yoga Mix
I didn’t set out to own a yoga studio — I followed a quiet pull that kept leading me back here.
Yoga Mix was where I came to breathe deeper, to move through big feelings, to reconnect with myself during seasons when life felt like a swirl of responsibility and uncertainty. It wasn’t about being flexible or “good at yoga.” It was about feeling human again. Whole. Seen.
So when the opportunity came to step into ownership, I felt that tug again — not from a place of ambition, but from deep alignment. I didn’t want to reinvent Yoga Mix. I wanted to nurture what already felt sacred: the music, the mood, the community, the care. I wanted to protect its no-judgment zone, while infusing it with my own style — clean, warm, intentional, playful, and real.
This studio is not about me — it’s about us. About providing a space where you can exhale, move your body, feel something, and maybe even surprise yourself. Whether you're stepping into your first class or your hundredth, you belong here.
And I’m truly honored to welcome you.
