This vibrant space is designed for movement and momentum—where the heat is high, the music is pumping, and the air hums with powerful energy. Here, sweat is part of the ritual, and every class is a full-body release in a warm, inviting environment that challenges and uplifts.

This high-energy, beat-driven Power Flow class is designed for experienced, fitness-oriented yogis looking to push edges and explore potential. Expect pulsing playlists, bold sequences, and the chance to dive into arm balances, inversions, and deep core work. Fewer cues invite you to move with autonomy and courage while staying safe and supported. Leave feeling strong, empowered, and fulfilled.

    A dynamic, expressive vinyasa class for intermediate to advanced practitioners ready to move with intention, fluidity, and breath. Mixed Flow is energetically paced and emotionally resonant—set to motivating music that supports a deeper, more intuitive exploration of movement. You'll be guided through creative transitions, offered verbal cues, hands-on assists, and encouraged to try new shapes or variations. Modifications are always available, making space for both challenge and ease. Leave feeling balanced, sweaty, and fully reset.

    NFERNO is a high-energy, low-impact workout designed for experienced movers who love rhythm, structure, and results. Set to beat-driven music, this class blends interval training, targeted core work, glute activation, and optional weights to build heat and intensity without strain. Expect a focus on form, small corrections with big impact, and a strong emphasis on alignment, strength, and control. Think: bridge series, deep core, stamina-building holds, and a steady, empowering burn. You’ll leave sweaty, sore (in the best way), and fully detoxed.

  • Shred 60

    Shred 60 is a powerful fusion of strength training and yoga designed for students looking to build muscle and find balance. The first 30 minutes feature weights, bands, and sliders in a high-energy circuit format with clear demos and detailed cues. The second half shifts into a grounding yoga flow to stretch, reset, and realign. This energetic, encouraging class is supported by motivating music that moves from upbeat to soothing. Leave feeling strong, well-balanced, and fully accomplished.

    Bhakti Flow is a devotional, heart-centered practice for all levels—especially spiritual seekers or anyone in need of a grounding reset. This meditative and emotionally expressive class weaves together breathwork, intentional movement, and guided personal reflection to create a safe space for inner connection. Supported by sacred mantra-based music and Sanskrit chanting, the class closes with an extended Savasana in our soothing infrared-heated room. Leave feeling spiritually connected, open-hearted, and deeply grounded.

  • Yin Yoga

    Designed for beginners and all levels, Yin to Restorative is a nurturing practice for overworked, depleted bodies and minds. The first half of class features Yin Yoga—long-held, floor-based stretches that gently target connective tissue and release deeply rooted tension. The second half transitions into fully supported Restorative postures that soothe the nervous system and invite stillness. With quiet guidance, optional hands-on assists, and soft ambient music, students are encouraged to be still with themselves—physically and internally. Leave feeling soft, clear, and deeply rested.
